Our 30yr History
Our Mission
Together, our coaches are committed to creating an environment where athletes develop the following characteristics of a T.E.A.M.:

Teamwork – Always committed to demonstrating thoughtfulness for others and being a contribution to their team, their community, and to their world.
Earnestness – Impeccable character and honesty. Developing athletes that honor their commitments, keep their word and cultivate an urgency to succeed.
Accountability – Athletes that take responsibility for their lives and always looking inward to improve themselves and others … dependable and accountable.
Maturity – Athletes that work hard, developing a gratitude for life and cherishing the position of a role-model for all that see them and are encouraged by their self-discipline and confidence.
Established in 1994, the Triad Aces took the floor for the first time in an AAU event. Since that day, the program has grown into a complete student-athlete incubator for those that had collegiatte aspirations. 30 years later, over 350 members have moved on to the collegiate ranks.
